Warrior Camp Details
This is an outdoor class that prepares you for obstacle races (Warrior Dash, Tough Mudder etc.), or serves as excellent outdoor exercise fun! Exercises include circuit training, running/sprinting, hill running, primitive movements, kettlebells, body-weight exercises, power ropes, agility drills and more. Every class includes a proper warm-up and stretching at the end of class.
