Level 1: running with Skill and ease: Posture, rhythm, relaxation
In this workshop we focus on the philosophy and technique for skillful running through the principles of posture, rhythm and relaxation. By learning these basics principles you will decrease pain and discomfort resulting from poor running form and increase running distance with proper progression. As a result you will fully reclaim the pleasure and fun running offers!
In this workshop you will learn
- proper running form and posture
- learn mobility exercises to increase range of motion in your hips, knees and ankles
- how to strengthen your feet and increase their mobility
- breathing techniques
- self care and massage techniques for your feet
You will also receive a basic running form analysis.

Level 2: running with Skill and ease: Form, Function and Flexibility
We'll apply the technique of skillful running to specific running drills that connect your body to the movement of running: high knees, stride outs, hill running, leaping, bounding and more! These simple drills make an impact on your running form, and are easy to learn and practice on your own!
